Welcome to Diversiteez, where bold design meets unapologetic streetwear. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms:
1. Design Ownership & Copyright Disclaimer
All designs on our apparel are created or customized by Diversiteez. Some items may include sports-related or pop culture-inspired elements. We do not claim ownership over any third-party trademarks, names, or likenesses.
Artistic Use Disclaimer: Our designs are transformative works of art intended for creative and expressive use. They fall under fair dealing in Canada and fair use in the U.S., which allow limited use of copyrighted material for purposes such as parody, commentary, or artistic transformation. These designs are made with the intention to reinterpret and not to mislead or compete with any official merchandise.
2. Final Sale Policy
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at info@diversiteez.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
3. Shipping Policy
Orders typically arrive within 8–10 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Diversiteez is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, postal service issues, or customs.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in CAD by default and may be automatically shown in your local currency based on your location or browser settings. Final charges are processed in CAD at checkout unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods through Shopify. By placing an order, you authorize payment using your selected method at checkout.
5. No Affiliation Notice
Diversiteez is an independent streetwear brand. We are not affiliated with any sports leagues, teams, celebrities, or corporations that may be referenced or reimagined in our designs. All trademarks and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our website or products. All items are sold "as is" with no guarantees beyond those required by applicable consumer laws.
